Construction Project Management
The time and
experience required to manage a construction project is sometimes more than a building owner or facility managers can manage, but someone still has to manage all of the components of the project. Twell Environmental, Inc. provides professional Project Management Services to manage all aspects of your project. We will coordinate your architects, contractors, testing and inspection consultants, furniture and equipment vendors, and your own internal departments.
You can leave the management of the project to us, and we will keep you informed of the progress through one on one meetings, on site progress meetings, and periodic reports. Financial and scheduling decisions will still need your involvement, but we will handle all the day to day details that are part of a construction project. General Demolition
Nothing about interior demolition is exciting, but the excitement level of building occupants will be quickly raised if an area that was not scheduled for demolition is contaminated by construction dust.
In addition to our environmental services, our crews specialize in providing dust free interior general demolition. Because of our experience in the environmental fields, you can rest assured that our crews understand what "no dust in this area" means. Our general demolition services have been used in hospitals, schools, and office buildings while the buildings are occupied, without incident.
Our crews will provide hard wall (studs and plywood) or
soft wall (plastic) barriers as required by the project specifications and seal off these walls as though it were an environmental project. Once the area has been sealed off, we provide negative pressure to contain any dust inside the construction area.
